Refund policy

During COVID19 we are taking extra precautions for all of our customers and staff's safety.  We have had to change some of our refund policy do to the pandemic.  Please read carefully: 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE ITEMS AND ON ALL BOTTOMS DO TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCT, AS WELL AS WANTING TO PROTECT EVERY PERSON HYGIENICALLY.  WE CAN DO EXCHANGES ONLY (WITH IN 5 DAYS OF CONTACTING VITESSE AFTER ORDER IS RECEIVED) IF THE PRODUCT HAS:

-THE ORIGINAL TAG ATTACHED

-THE TAG HAS NOT BEEN TAMPERED WITH

-THE ITEM HAS NOT BEEN WORN

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING BACK TO VITESSE AND SHIPPING TO YOU WITH THE CORRECT SIZE OR EXCHANGE ITEM.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error we cannot exchange or return.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery we cannot accept.
